A fun and challenging way to learn how to use your body more effectively when you ride. The six week course builds your physical ability and function through pelvic, core and trunk training. Designed to be completely equestrian-specific, the Jon Pitts designed exercises incorporate training your balance so that your body works more effectively on horseback. The result is a better functioning body for riding, that in turn boosts confidence and safety.
