A two hour theory session kicks off this informative, practical workshop from High Performance Consultant, Jon Pitts.
Jon has worked in equestrian high performance at two Olympic games & is a consultant to a variety of top level professional sports people. Outside of sport, Jon also advises business leaders on how to develop & drive High Performance.
On the day, we explore what riding confidence is about & the physical skills required to build it. We then examine this in the specific context of jumping horses. A ridden group session (max 3) targets the key mental skills of seeing a stride, decision making, managing anxiety & deliberate practice.
2 hours of theory work in the morning followed by a one hour ridden group session in the afternoon will leave you jumping more confidently & safely at any level.
